If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not place an order or purchase any Goods from us.

4. ORDERS

4.1. All draft invoices and quotes are valid for 5 Business Days only from the date of issue and must be accepted within this timeframe to avoid possible changes to pricing and availability.

4.3. Once a draft invoice/quote is finalised, any changes must be requested within the next 5 Business Days. No further changes will be accepted after this period.

4.4. Whilst every effort is made in the preparation of the order description, it is a ‘guide’ only and no guarantee is offered for the accuracy of the information contained within. Applicable manufacturer warranty may be offered on select new caravans and appliances.

4.5. Additionally, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on our Site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this Site.

This means you will have to give us accurate information, including your name, your business name, address, a valid email address, and telephone number, and you must be at least 18 years old. You warrant that any information you provide during the account setup process is correct at the time you provide the information, and that you will update this information should there be any changes. 4.7. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account at any time, at our sole discretion, if you breach any provision of the Terms or applicable law, or where your conduct impacts our reputation, in our unfettered discretion.

5. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

5.1. You agree to only use the products for their intended purpose and in accordance with any guidelines or directions (Guidelines) as set out on the packaging. Any use of the products by you outside of these Guidelines is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising from such use.

5.2. All and any warranty work must be approved in writing in advance by us. Failure to obtain such approval may void the applicable warranty for the affected components. Any warranty work carried out or authorised by you without prior written approval from us will be at your expense and not refundable.

5.3. Goods are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about our Site and/or our products or services, including that:

  • They are suitable, reliable, complete, secure, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose;
  • Access will be free of any harmful components (including viruses) or other code that is harmful or may assist in causing harm; or
  • There is no possibility of failure to store communications or other data.

5.4. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5.5. Products made available on our Site are for personal use only (including any samples we provide). You must not sell or attempt to resell any products and/or samples obtained or purchased from us.

5.6. Please follow all storage and handling instructions provided with the products to maintain their condition and ensure safety.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT

6.1. A $10,000 deposit is required to initiate the build process. This deposit is non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

6.2. The balance of the payment is due on the completion of the Goods, as confirmed by us to you.

6.3. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive where applicable. The prices indicated on our Site may change at any time without advance notice to you. The amount charged to you will be the price in force at the time your order for Goods is placed.

6.4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product.

6.5. We reserve the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund if a product has been discontinued or we do not have the stock available.

6.6. We may, from time to time, provide discounted products. You may only use one discount code with each purchase. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued, which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a minimum or maximum order value. Discount codes and/or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. COLLECTION AND TITLE TO GOODS

7.1. Collection (Collection) of the Goods is taken to occur at the time that you take possession of the Goods, whether that be by pick up of the Goods as arranged with us, or by delivery to your address as agreed between us and you.

7.2. At our sole discretion, the cost of Collection may be either included in the Price or be in addition to the Price. In any event, you shall be responsible for the cost of Collection and shall pay such to us on demand (time being of the essence).

7.3. You will take all reasonable endeavours to complete Collection of the Goods ordered within 5 Business Days of us receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

7.4. Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full of all amounts owing on those Goods.

7.5. The Goods are at your risk from the time of Collection, and you must insure the Goods against loss or damage from that time. You remain liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of the Goods, regardless of cause.

  • Please include:
    • your name;
    • your email address;
    • your order number;
    • details of your concern or complaint; and
    • details of what you would like us to do to resolve the matter.

9.3. We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 3–7 Business Days of receipt.

9.4. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 Business Days. If resolution within this timeframe is not possible, we will inform you and provide a clear explanation and an expected timeline for resolution.

9.5. All parties agree to refrain from publicly disparaging each other, including but not limited to posting negative feedback on social media or online review platforms, during and after the term of their agreement. Any dissatisfaction should be addressed through the dispute resolution procedure outlined in these terms.

9.6. If a party violates this non-disparagement agreement, the other party has the following options, at its discretion:

  • Initiate a dispute resolution process to amicably settle the disagreement; or
  • Pursue legal action to seek remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief and damages, in accordance with applicable laws.

9.7. This ensures that any disputes are handled in a manner that respects these Terms and the rights of the parties.

9.8. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted for mediation in accordance with the then standard rules and steps of mediation in New Zealand.

10. CLAIMS AND RETURNS

10.1. Any claim by you must be made in writing and delivered, hand delivered or emailed as soon as practicable after discovery of the problem and in any event no later than 5 Business Days after Collection.

10.2. If requested by us you must return the Goods to us for inspection and provide samples, photographs, documentation, or other information we reasonably require to assess the Goods and identify the nature of any alleged fault. Subject to section 22 of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (Act) (if applicable to the contract with you), you are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us for inspection.

10.3. At any time within 15 Business Days of receiving a claim we have the right to inspect the relevant Goods. You must not dispose of, alter, repair, or attempt to repair the Goods during this period without our prior written consent. Any Goods disposed of or altered without our consent will result in all related claims being waived and voided.

10.4. Where the Act applies, we are committed to meeting our obligations under that Act. Where a valid remedy is required under the Act, our liability is limited, at our option, to the repair of the Goods, replacement of the Goods, or a refund not exceeding the purchase price paid for the relevant Goods, to the extent permitted by law.

10.5. You acknowledge and agree that the Act (or any equivalent consumer protection legislation) does not apply where you acquire the Goods for the purposes of commercial use, resale, or trade.

10.6. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been fully completed, except where a cancellation or remedy is required by law. Where cancellation is not permitted, our normal claims and returns process (if applicable) will apply.

11.3. You must not copy, alter, reproduce, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Goods, the Site, or the Content without our prior written consent, nor permit any other person to do so.
